Biomechanics Midterm: Cerebral Palsy Gait studies

All code is here and is a work in progress.

Here is video demonstrating how shoulder position in relation to foot position and foot position in relation to knee position can indicate crouched gait. Note that in the “normal” walking example, the shoulder distance is 11.2 cm and the knee/foot distance is 3.5 cm whereas it is 114.6 cm and 7.9cm respectively for imitated CP gait. The numbers are very jittery still, so that needs to be smoothed out and the tracking could be more precise.
